Support Soccer Shots Northwestern Virginia through coaching, staff leadership, and program administration in a part-time coordinator position. Help serve children ages two through eight each season.
The Assistant Program Coordinator supports the owner with coaching, administration, marketing, and new program development. You will help manage instructors, coordinate seasonal operations, communicate with families and partners, and support enrollment growth. The position works within a small leadership team committed to service, communication, detail, creativity, and the Soccer Shots mission.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, schedule, train, evaluate, and manage instructors
Coach 10 to 20 sessions weekly each season
Coordinate registration, enrollment, and four program seasons
Write newsletters,



press releases, and parent communications
Develop accounts, sponsorships, partnerships, and alternate programs
Requirements: Strong written and oral communication skills
Commitment to customer satisfaction and program improvement
Ability to work part time, at least 20 hours weekly
Availability for weekday evenings and weekends during busy seasons
Ability to run, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Bring coaching, communication, scheduling, and growth support to Soccer Shots programs across Northwestern Virginia each season.
