This full time Visual Coordinator works closely with the store manager and regional visual coordinator. You will interpret company guidelines, execute seasonal plans, and adjust floor layouts using data and reasoning. The position also supports pricing, signage, stock replenishment, and sales-floor maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Execute seasonal plans and Head Office visual directives
Adjust floor plans to support sales through merchandising
Check RIR, SharePoint, WPM, and emails for updates
Replenish stock and coordinate staff support when needed
Set promotional signage and assist with store projects
Requirements: Design certificate, diploma, or two years merchandising experience
Operate sales terminals and Microsoft Office systems
Read and understand floor plans accurately
Lift 50 pounds and climb ladders safely
Use tools, patch walls, and paint as needed
Bring visual merchandising, organization, and floor-plan skills to EQ3’s St. Laurent showroom while supporting effective retail presentation.
