Process member transactions and support financial conversations as a full time Universal Financial Associate at Servus Credit Union’s Rimbey branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support members with banking needs through account reviews, loan applications, and product recommendations. You will prepare meeting documents, follow up with members, and complete branch administration while helping strengthen financial relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Gather and document information for Financial Advisor conversations
Review personal accounts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Open new accounts and follow up with members
Prepare and enter loan application information
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and exchange transactions
Requirements: High school diploma and at least one year retail banking or sales experience
Post-secondary Finance education is a valuable asset
IFIC certification is a valuable asset
Successful criminal, reference, and credit checks required
Bring banking experience, accurate transaction processing, and member-focused recommendations to Servus Credit Union’s Rimbey branch.
