The Field Training & Development Trainer designs, delivers, and supports training for field personnel at all levels. This role reinforces safety culture and operational excellence through orientations, job-specific instruction, and employee learning. It also supports course improvement and provider partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding
Develop job-specific training for field personnel
Operate rig training equipment
Update course content with other trainers
Support field and shop locations across Canada
Requirements: Model company values, safety standards, and Life Saving Actions
Lead classroom setup and facilitation
Apply field experience and equipment knowledge
Use Microsoft and SuccessFactors/SharePoint tools
Hold a high school diploma and valid driver’s license
Bring field experience, communication, and training capability to support protected, effective learning at Precision Drilling.
