What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid G class driver's license
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience operating Face Shovel, preferably in an open pit mine
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and explicit communication skills
Commitment to health and safety practices
Ability to maintain high performance during extended 12-hour shifts on a 7 days on/7 days off rotation
