Clutch is hiring a permanent full-time Lot Attendant for its automotive operations. You will clean and detail vehicles, organize the lot, and shuttle vehicles between Clutch pop-up locations and reconditioning partners. The work also includes inspection assistance, shop tasks, and workspace upkeep. This role supports Clutch’s online used car retail business and its customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and detail vehicles for resale
Prepare vehicles to be showroom-ready
Maintain a clean, protected, organized vehicle lot




Safely shuttle vehicles between operating locations
Assist with inspections, shop tasks, and workspace cleaning
Requirements: Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Confident, outgoing personality and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid British Columbia driver’s license and clean abstract
Manual transmission ability and reliable transportation
Bring vehicle detailing, safe driving, and organized lot maintenance skills to Clutch’s permanent full-time automotive team.
