Pet Valu seeks an eCommerce Last Mile Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager Final Mile. You will monitor third-party logistics performance, support service level agreements, and troubleshoot delivery quality issues. The position focuses on reporting, cost management, and process improvement across eCommerce logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders
Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with SLAs
Troubleshoot mis-ships, short ships, and package damages
Support weekly reporting, queries, and operational analysis
Identify cost opportunities across the last mile network
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
At least two years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment
Experience analyzing data and building KPI reporting tools
Experience with WMS or managing 3PL providers preferred
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
