This Maintenance Technician inspects, tests, repairs, installs, and troubleshoots distribution centre machinery and equipment. The work includes electrical devices, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automated machinery, programmable logic controllers, refrigeration, HVAC, and material handling equipment. Minor building repair may involve painting, plumbing, carpentry, or welding.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor equipment and detect malfunctions
Install and repair electrical devices and safety switches
Program and troubleshoot automated machinery and controllers




Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and water systems
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and paperwork
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, college, or technical training
Four to eight years of related experience
Licensed journeyman of a related skilled trade
Read mechanical and electrical schematics and technical instructions
Available for shifts across any seven-day, 24-hour period
