Key Responsibilities: Promote and educate clients about insurance products
Take ownership of client relationships
Deliver superior customer service supporting client retention
Identify client needs and provide recommendations
Assist with insurance needs using underwriting principles
Requirements: Insurance broker level 1 license or working toward CAIB or CIP
Track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build authentic client relationships
Robust time management, confidentiality, and discretion
Six months or more industry experience is a bonus
