Deliver efficient customer care for Gordon Food Service through phone, email, SMS, and chat while supporting order processing and deliveries.
As a Customer Care Generalist, you will assist customers with daily inquiries and promote E-Commerce technologies. The work includes order entry, issue resolution, delivery coordination, invoice questions, and customer credits. You will also support District Sales Representatives and maintain process knowledge across divisions and distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly customer service across phone, email, SMS, and chat
Process orders and support delivery inquiries
Arrange exception deliveries with transportation and delivery partners




Determine and process appropriate customer credits
Assist with invoice and credit memo inquiries
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent plus one year experience
Inside sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Robust attention to detail, organization, and time management
Ability to perform 10-key data entry
Use customer service, order processing, delivery support, and E-Commerce skills to help Gordon Food Service customers effectively.
