This Registered Practical Nurse joins the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team across Oak Valley Health sites, including RCC. The position provides patient-centered care, develops care and education plans, and supports programs enhancing patient care. Candidates work rotating 12-hour day, night, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care across hospital clinical areas
Support patients admitted within the Emergency Department
Develop patient care and education plans
Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team
Provide support across Oak Valley Health sites
Requirements: Minimum two years recent acute medicine nursing experience
Recognized two-year Registered Practical Nursing diploma
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current BCLS certification and advanced physical assessment skills
Critical thinking, prioritization, and patient teaching experience
