Support autistic children and youth through assessment and psychotherapy as a compassionate Therapist at ROCK’s hybrid Halton Region services. Apply solid clinical skills while addressing co-occurring mental health concerns.
Reporting to the Manager, Autism Services, this contract Therapist serves clients ages 0–18 diagnosed with autism. The work includes anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. You will provide individual, family, and parent-child therapy, using a biopsychosocial perspective within multidisciplinary care. The contract ends in March 2028.
Key Responsibilities: Provide assessment, consultation, and psychotherapeutic treatment
Deliver individual, family, and parent-child therapy
Coordinate care with Behaviour Analysts and community partners




Maintain clinical documentation and contribute to program development
Supervise students and trainees while supporting safe care
Requirements: Relevant master’s degree from a recognized institution
Registration with an accrediting professional body
Advanced training in dual diagnosis and neurodivergent youth
At least three years’ clinical therapy experience
Reliable transportation and current vulnerable sector check
Bring assessment, therapy, and collaboration skills to coordinated mental health care for autistic children, youth, and families at ROCK.
