As Banquet Manager, you oversee every aspect of the Banquet Department and guide assigned staff toward hotel standards. You organize events, coordinate menus and equipment, inspect setups, manage payroll procedures, and support guest satisfaction. The role requires calm judgment, careful follow-up, and effective delegation across high-volume banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities: Organize assigned functions and complete departmental preparation work
Inspect rooms, tables, bars, buffets, and equipment setups
Prepare station assignments and coordinate staff breaks
Direct service timing, guest seating,

Complete billing, breakdown, closing duties, and required paperwork
Requirements: Minimum three years' experience in a similar role
Luxury hotel experience and four or five-star operations preferred
Hospitality Management diploma or degree preferred
