This hands-on specialist executes recruitment from approved requisition through accepted offer, onboarding, and orientation. The work includes sourcing hourly, salaried, and skilled candidates, screening qualifications, and partnering with hiring managers. Success depends on speed, quality, organization, consistency, and explicit follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Own recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding and orientation
Source and screen hourly, salaried, and skilled candidates
Maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and hiring decisions
Track candidates,

Requirements: Five or more years recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Post-secondary Human Resources or Business education preferred
Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical recruiting preferred
Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and drive timelines
