Apply mathematical and analytical skills as a Mechanical Insulation Estimator supporting Modern Niagara’s residential and ICI construction projects. Work closely with estimating teams and internal partners.
This position supports accurate, timely estimates for residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial mechanical insulation projects. You will review project information, complete calculations, identify concerns, and maintain organized estimating data. The work requires accuracy, communication, and dependable analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Support residential and ICI mechanical insulation project estimates
Complete calculations using Microsoft Excel and estimating software
Analyze data with formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables




Review project information for accuracy and completeness
Document issues and coordinate solutions with internal estimators
Requirements: At least one year of office environment experience
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail during data entry
Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Bring organized analysis, Excel expertise, and explicit communication to Modern Niagara’s mechanical insulation estimating process.
