As Production Team Leader, you will support daily production and quality activities for the Production team. The role includes coordinating PPL-Bag House Powder usage, preparing mix sheets, and maintaining organized shift hand-offs. You will guide team members while working with supervisors and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily production and powder usage
Prepare mix sheets and support smooth shift hand-offs
Oversee batch sampling and production testing
Support quality checks and corrective actions
Reinforce PPE, safety audits, and 7S organization
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Two-plus years manufacturing or production team-lead experience
Powder coating or electrostatic painting experience is an asset
Robust communication skills and attention to detail
Comfort guiding others and collaborating
