Deliver skilled resident care as a temporary part time Registered Nurse at Weston Terrace Community in Toronto, working 11pm to 7am.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse assesses resident needs and plans care. The position includes medication administration, skilled procedures, documentation, and collaboration with residents or substitute decision makers. You will support seniors while maintaining comfort, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Administer medications and deliver skilled procedures
Document care according to applicable requirements
Collaborate with residents and substitute decision makers
Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences
Requirements:



Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent
Current Ontario Registered Nurse registration or recognized provincial registration
Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
Effective written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize work around resident needs
Apply nursing assessment, medication administration, and compassionate senior care skills during overnight shifts at Weston Terrace Community.
