This Team Lead Registered Veterinary Technologist role welcomes graduates of Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist programs. You will support physical examinations, catheter placement, radiology, venipuncture, pharmacy, surgery, and patient recovery. The hospital provides mentorship and additional training within VCA Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare for and assist with surgical procedures
Monitor anesthesia and support patient recovery
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Provide compassionate care for hospitalized patients




Manage multiple priorities and clarify questions when needed
Requirements: Completed Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program
Knowledge of physical examinations and patient assessment
Knowledge of catheter placement, radiology, and venipuncture
