The Cost Controller leads project accountants and billing administrators while strengthening financial oversight. You will develop reporting frameworks, analyze budgets, forecasts, variances, risks, opportunities, and cash flow. The work supports informed decisions across long-term construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor cost control team members
Develop cost management systems and reporting frameworks
Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations
Assess project risks and optimize contingency strategies
Establish performance metrics for senior leadership
Requirements: Recognized accounting designation or finance degree
Five-plus years of progressive accounting and reporting experience
Construction sector experience preferred
Robust analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of auditing, governance, and risk management
