As a Groundskeeper / Maintenance Assistant, you will preserve property appearance and safety at one of Fitzrovia’s luxury apartment communities. Your work includes landscaping, amenity care, back-of-house upkeep, seasonal response, and maintenance support. The position suits a hands-on individual comfortable working independently, communicating professionally, and contributing across property operations.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, common areas, and amenities
Mow, edge, prune, and plant across landscaped areas
Clean pools, hot tubs, dog parks, and playgrounds




Assist with snow removal, salting, and seasonal tasks
Record completed tasks through the online portal
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of related experience
Knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and equipment
Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Support Fitzrovia residents through dependable groundskeeping, landscaping, amenity care, and maintenance assistance across the property.
