Coordinate large-volume baking production and timely service
Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients

Clean, sanitize, and safely store food and equipment
Requirements: Skilled remote camp or commercial baking experience
Knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations
Food safety certification required
Basic math and counting skills
