This Maintenance Team Associate position focuses on cleaning Fresh Departments and non-sales floor areas. You will communicate with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperate with associates. The work includes equipment inspection, supply checks, required certification programs, and Company policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the structured maintenance cleaning program
- Clean Fresh Department coolers, freezers, and display fixtures
- Inspect cleaning equipment and confirm proper working condition
- Maintain sufficient cleaning supplies for assigned work
- Mop, sweep, vacuum, and maintain carpets when required
Requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Comply with Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines
- Complete required in-store certification programs
- Follow Company policies and procedures
