As Assistant Manager, you will support daily operations across Front of House and Back of House teams. You will help develop high-performing teams, uphold O&B; standards, and create warm, memorable guest experiences. The position emphasizes service execution, beverage programs, inventory, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee staffing, service execution, security, and venue management
Communicate Aera’s vision and lead hospitality by example
Support beverage programs, inventory, profitability, and cost controls
Curate activations, events, and memorable guest experiences
Coach teams while upholding technical service standards
Requirements: Two to three years’ leadership experience in high-volume hospitality
Previous management experience preferred
Large-party management and exceptional guest experience delivery
Strong wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge
Versatile evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak-period availability
