Process accurate payroll and benefits with ADP Workforce Now at Sinclair Supply Ltd., supporting employees across Western Canada. This position is fully onsite.
The Payroll and Advantages Coordinator handles semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried non-union employees. Responsibilities include benefits administration, payroll records, legislation, reporting, and year-end activities. The role works with ADP and other systems while providing customer service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities: Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
Maintain payroll records across ADP Workforce Now and portals
Manage benefit billings, premiums, costs, and utilization
Review time records and coordinate accurate data entry
Assist with tax forms,



reporting, and year-end activities
Requirements: Minimum two years processing payroll and administering benefits
Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation strongly preferred
Strong ADP Workforce Now and Excel experience preferred
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
High ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
