Our client, a manufacturing organization is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor , you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations at the Stayner facility. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on leadership style, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to coach and develop employees while driving safety, quality, and production targets.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Stayner, ON

Pay Range: $70000 - $80000

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.

Schedule work and allocate resources to maintain efficient workflow and appropriate staffing levels.

Coach, mentor, and develop production employees while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, waste reduction, productivity, and operational excellence.

Monitor production KPIs,



investigate production issues, report deviations, and implement corrective actions.

What's Needed?

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing setting.

Demonstrated success achieving measurable operational improvements such as scrap reduction, productivity gains, quality improvements, process improvements, or cost savings.

Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees, including supporting struggling team members to become strong performers.

A continuous improvement mindset with a genuine desire to learn, ask questions, challenge the status quo, and improve processes.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
