Commission SICK gas analyzers and ultrasonic flowmeters as a Calgary-based Field Service Technician supporting customers across Western Canada.
Intrepid Group seeks a Field Service Technician for its service team and Endress+Hauser channel partner business. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair analyzer and flow systems at gas plants, compressor stations, refineries, and power sites. The work includes field and shop assignments with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Install, start up, and commission SICK gas analyzers
Commission CEMS and ultrasonic gas flowmeters
Perform validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair instruments onsite and in-shop
Complete reports and communicate service status accurately
Requirements: Red Seal Instrument Mechanic or instrumentation diploma
Three to five years of field instrumentation experience
Experience with gas analyzers, CEMS, or flow measurement
Willingness to travel 50–75% across Alberta and Saskatchewan
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Apply instrumentation expertise, SICK analyzer knowledge, and troubleshooting skills across customer sites throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
