As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives. Manage social accounts, paid advertising, influencer programs, email campaigns, and content production. Create engaging material for INSAUGA.com and client brands across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities: Execute paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and prepare reports
Produce daily social content, graphics, videos, and supporting copy
Manage influencer outreach, pitching, negotiation, briefing, and reviews
Build email campaigns using MailChimp and manage community engagement
Requirements: Two-plus years managing social media accounts and platforms
Two-plus years managing Meta, Google, or LinkedIn advertising
Short-form content creation skills and on-camera comfort
Canva proficiency; Photoshop experience is an asset
Ability to analyze data, report clearly, and manage multiple projects
