As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production floor operations and lead operators, technicians, and workers. Key Responsibilities: Assign daily tasks and support production workers
Coordinate workflows, lines, equipment, and materials
Enforce safety protocols and company policies
Inspect products and resolve quality issues
Maintain production, timekeeping, and incident records
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Three to five years production experience preferred
One to two years supervisory experience preferred
Robust leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
ERP SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
