Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations alongside the hospital Leadership team
Follow up on invoices and monitor payment
Contact clients about payment terms and options
Train new hires, client service staff, and Associates
Coach teams and model respectful workplace behaviours
Requirements: Minimum two years in fast-paced client service
Medical office experience considered an asset
Solid organizational and administrative skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills with colleagues and pet parents
Sound judgement addressing client and patient experience issues
