Description: Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
Configure EPC| CPQ| Digital Commerce| and Order Management functionalities.
Build OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| and Integration Procedures.
Develop Apex classes| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| and integrations.
Support unit testing| SIT| UAT| deployment| and production support activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.Collaborate with architects| business analysts| and QA teams.
Required Skills:
4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Velocity).
Robust expertise in Apex| LWC| SOQL| and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with OmniStudio components.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
Experience with Git| CI/CD pipelines| and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills: Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
