The Clinical Support Business Lead provides leadership for Surgical Services materials, equipment, inventory, compliance, and reporting. You will support the Operating Room and MDR through procurement, risk management, and quality improvement. The work involves clinical leaders, physicians, CPSM, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Direct Surgical Services supply chain delivery and material distribution
Analyze inventory, quality, performance, financial measures, and risks
Support equipment identification, prioritization, and procurement
Monitor vendor access, conduct, interactions,



alerts, and recalls
Manage project resources within a matrix reporting structure
Requirements: Three to five years in a complex healthcare organization
Two to five years in project management or finance
Experience leading healthcare projects and project teams
Experience communicating with clinicians, physicians, professionals, and executives
Knowledge of change management, systems thinking, and MS Office
Apply healthcare project management, supply chain analysis, and communication skills to support safe Operating Room services.
