Drive SEO and GEO execution at MaintainX, using keyword research and experimentation to improve visibility across search engines and LLMs.
As an Associate SEO and GEO Specialist, you will support Demand Generation while working with content, web, design, product, and external vendors. You will refresh content, research keywords, track rankings, and learn how LLMs surface and cite sources. The role includes mentorship from a Senior SEO/GEO Specialist.
Key Responsibilities: Execute SEO and GEO strategy through shipped search work
Run content refreshes and gap pieces from brief through publishing
Review backlink and offsite citation prospects for quality
Support technical SEO and keyword research opportunities
Coordinate requests across web, design,



content, product, and vendors
Requirements: One to two years of SEO experience or solid internship
Hands-on keyword research and rank tracking experience
Understanding of LLM source discovery and citation behavior
Experience running or contributing to tests and experiments
Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical teammates
Build MaintainX search visibility through SEO execution, GEO experimentation, keyword research, and cross-functional follow-through.
