Lead global clinical distribution from the Client Mississauga campus, applying supply chain logistics and ERP expertise onsite at least three days weekly.
This 12-month Global Clinical Distribution Lead assignment may extend. You will manage end-to-end distribution for clinical trial portfolios, coordinating inventory across 24 worldwide depots from technical release through importation and delivery. The work supports clinical supply across more than 100 molecules and 600-plus trials.
Key Responsibilities: Manage on-time delivery performance for network supply shipments
Coordinate depot supply with Clinical Demand and Supply Leaders
Resolve operational and system matters affecting delivery
Participate in PETs, gSETs, and distribution meetings




Execute accurate CLARA transactions and diagnostics
Requirements: Robust SAP and ERP systems knowledge and experience
Two to four years in clinical trials, logistics, or supply chain
Degree in business, biotechnology, or a relevant field
Experience with cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile organizations
GMP compliance and quality procedure adherence
Apply clinical trial management, logistics, SAP, and CLARA expertise to global distribution operations in Mississauga.
