As a Business Development Representative, you will generate new Service Agreements in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. You will evaluate facility asset costs, identify improvement opportunities, and qualify prospects. Key Responsibilities: Own a territory and generate recent Service Agreements
Research prospects with facility needs matching service offerings
Set appointments and conduct discovery conversations




Evaluate Total Cost of facility asset ownership
Identify, qualify, and close improvement opportunities
Requirements: One to three years of successful business development experience
Experience with financial sales negotiations
Post-secondary business or marketing degree or diploma preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
Bring customer-focused selling, financial insight, and territory management skills to Black & McDonald’s Service Sales Team.
