Canada Post’s Supervisor Operations Relief oversees delivery and processing within a local area. The work directs letter carriers, RSMCs, and CUS while sharing expectations, updates, and results. Supervisors also coordinate staffing, service commitments, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise safe mail sorting, routing, and delivery operations
Set processing priorities and monitor delivery exceptions
Coach employees on protected work practices and investigate incidents
Arrange staffing, overtime, equipment, and operational coverage
Evaluate procedures and implement efficiency improvements
Requirements: High school diploma or provincial equivalent
One year managing a team, or two years unionized experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
English language requirement
Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset
