Deliver clinical care at Victoria Park Personal Care Community in Regina using medication administration, vital signs, and resident supervision skills.
As Charge Nurse, you will support resident health, safety, dignity, and daily care within Victoria Park Personal Care Community. The position includes administering medications and treatments, communicating with physicians, implementing orders, and documenting pertinent information. You will also supervise Resident Assistants and act as community supervisor when management staff is absent.
Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments or assist resident self-administration
Measure vital signs and resident weight
Communicate with physicians and implement physician orders




Document information in resident charts and Progress Notes
Supervise Resident Assistants and act as community supervisor
Requirements: Current professional RN or LPN license
Current CPR, HCP, and Basic First Aid certification
Effective verbal and written English communication
Solid leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Current required criminal and abuse registry checks
Bring licensed nursing, clinical documentation, and leadership skills to support residents and families in Regina each day.
