Apply primer, topcoat, and sealant onsite at Collins Aerospace’s Oakville facility during the weekday afternoon shift. Prepare aircraft components using painting and masking skills.
As a Process Technician, Painter, Masker, and Sealer, you will support aircraft-component finishing in Collins Aerospace’s Advanced Structures team. The work includes loading parts, preparing surfaces, applying coatings, mixing sealant, and documenting quality information. You will follow manufacturing sheets, setup sheets, and drawings while supporting cell activities.
Key Responsibilities: Load, fixture, and unload aircraft components
Mask, sand, clean, demask, and complete paint touch-ups
Mix and apply sealant to bushings and components
Maintain booths and production equipment
Document quality actions and report discrepancies
Requirements: High school diploma typically required
Minimum two years of current painting or sealant experience
Material handling and crane or hoist experience
Eligibility to work in Canada
Ability to meet ITAR and CCGP requirements
Bring aircraft finishing, sealant application, and material-handling experience to Collins Aerospace’s onsite Oakville production team.
