This senior specialist manages employee absences, disabilities, and workplace injuries. The work includes return-to-work planning, accommodation management, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. You will develop and implement DHL’s absence management program while supporting employees and operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Administer sick, family, and other employee leave programs
Coordinate absence cases with employees, supervisors, and HRBPs
Manage workplace injury claims and return-to-work plans
Oversee accommodations, modified duties, and disability compensation
Prepare metrics, reports,



and improvement strategies
Requirements: Fully bilingual in English and French
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum seven years’ absence and disability management experience
Expertise managing occupational and non-occupational disability claims
Knowledge of Canadian employment, leave, and accommodation legislation
