You will supervise member sales and service staff while supporting quality member relationships, revenue generation, growth, and members’ financial health. The position includes recruiting, orienting, and training team members.
Key Responsibilities: Meet assigned team sales goals through sales coaching
Manage daily member sales and service operations
Oversee branch deposit, safeguarding, security, and treasury functions

Requirements: Five years’ related financial institution member service experience
Two years in a Senior Member Service position
One-year business administration or operations management certificate
Working knowledge of banking systems and deposit products
Supervisory, coaching, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
