CBM Aggregates, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America, is seeking a Plant Supervisor. The role oversees raw materials, machines, employees, production, storage, and plant performance. It requires supervisory experience, aggregate processing knowledge, technical understanding, and robust communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise aggregate production and storage according to established policies
Develop efficient plans for raw materials, machines, and employees
Use SAP to support goals, objectives, and financial performance
Review mining sequences, budgets, and capital requirements




Troubleshoot plant processes and direct operational improvements
Requirements: Three years of supervisory or managerial experience
Mechanical aptitude in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity
Knowledge of aggregate processing and construction industry specifications
Applied Microsoft Office and SAP skills
Valid Ontario G driver's license for daily site travel
