Lead learning and development across North America through training needs analysis, facilitation, and coordinated internal and external programs.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources, this manager serves as the training liaison for employees across regional and support operations. The work covers culture, compliance, instructor-led, online, and e-Learning programs. You will coordinate stakeholders, trainers, schedules, logistics, records, and course feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee culture training design, delivery, and continuous improvement
Manage compliance training implementation across employee groups
Conduct needs analysis and organize requested training sessions
Lead programs for regional, support centre, and store colleagues




Maintain training records in HRIS and LMS systems
Requirements: Five to eight years in training and development
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
Solid presentation, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced Microsoft Office and eLearning software skills
Apply training leadership, adult learning expertise, and stakeholder coordination to strengthen learning programs throughout North America.
