Mandatory Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or related field, with 3–5 years of experience in product specialization, pre‑sales, or clinic operations. Hands‑on experience with EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and healthcare SaaS is required, along with strong product demonstration skills and the ability to communicate software value and ROI.

The Role
We are seeking a proven Product Specialist leader direct experience managing multi‑provider practices, owning EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and the end‑to‑end patient experience. This individual acts as the clinical and operational authority in sales demos and customer discussions, translating real‑world clinic pain points into transparent software value and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with AEs to align on deal stage, personas, decision criteria, and top business problems to solve

Understand the prospect’s current tech stack (EMR, CRM, marketing tools, ads) and workflow gaps

Tailor demo flow based on practice type, growth stage, and operational/revenue constraints

Lead structured, outcome‑focused demos with clear ROI and operational value

Position BoomerangFX as a single growth engine and translate features into revenue lift, efficiency, and conversion gains

Product & Technical Authority

Act as the product expert on integrations, workflows, implementation, and compliance

Confidently handle objections around complexity, existing tools, and ROI timelines

Reinforce real‑world usability and operational impact, not just demo functionality

Deal Acceleration & Close Support

Support AEs on follow‑ups, technical validation calls, and proposal alignment

Reinforce value during decision stages and tailor solutions to client workflows

Drive stronger demo‑to‑close conversion, shorter sales cycles, and consistent deal quality

Mandatory Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or related field

3–5 years in Product Specialist, Pre‑Sales, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or clinic operations leadership

Proven experience managing clinic operations, EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and end‑to‑end patient experience

Ability to act as a clinical/operational authority and translate real‑world pain points into software value and ROI

Experience with healthcare SaaS, Med Spa or EMR platforms and private‑pay revenue workflows

Aesthetic Clinic/Clinic Operations background

Additional Experience we Value

Executive‑level communication and structured storytelling

Strong commercial mindset and understanding of deal cycles

Ability to simplify complex systems into clear business outcomes

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: CAD $65,000–$75,000 annually + Commission

Annual target performance bonus: 10% of base salary, based on achievement of agreed objectives.

Experience selling to business decision‑makers.

Exposure to healthcare SaaS, AI and digital growth solutions.

Collaboration with an international sales and leadership team.
