Under general supervision, you will deliver independent nursing services, administer prescribed treatments, and coordinate patient care. The assignment includes leadership within the healthcare team and discharge facilitation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide qualified registered nursing services to patients
Administer prescribed medical treatments safely
Lead within the healthcare team
Coordinate patient care and discharge
Prioritize care for individual or group patients
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
Maintain proof of registration with CRNM
Meet employer CPR training requirements
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Support complex patient care at Shared Health through registered nursing, treatment administration, communication, and coordinated discharge planning.
