This full-time Junior Media Buyer position suits candidates with one to three years of hands-on Meta buying experience. You will work directly with the Head of Growth while managing campaigns across Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and Snapchat. The role centers on accurate launches, daily optimization, budget pacing, and consistent spend and CPA performance. You will follow established SOPs, use Meta Ads Manager, and learn tools including AdManage, Northbeam, Asana, and Claude.
Key Responsibilities: Launch approved ads, landing pages, and funnel tests within 24 hours
Manage campaigns, ads, and budgets across five advertising platforms




Check accounts daily and log significant changes in Northbeam
Surf and scale budgets every couple of hours
Write and improve media buying SOPs
Requirements: One to three years of hands-on Meta media buying
Facebook as your primary media buying specialty
Availability around 2am EST for daily budget resets
Fluent English and strong attention to naming details
Comfort with Meta Ads Manager and learning current tools
Apply your Meta buying, optimization, and budget management skills while developing toward broader performance marketing responsibilities.
