Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Staff Pharmacist for Pharmacy SOGH Liaison - Urgent Care. The pharmacist supports medication needs for hospital inpatients and outpatients under designated Pharmacy Manager supervision. Education, monitoring, and professional communication are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Provide pharmacy services for hospital inpatients and outpatients
Monitor pharmacotherapy and medication-related needs
Deliver drug information and education
Communicate skilled information during urgent matters




Plan work independently around demanding schedules
Requirements: Pharmacy credential from an accredited Canadian university program
Licensed or eligible for licensing in Manitoba
Hospital pharmacy practice experience preferred
Effective analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of information systems technology and software
Apply hospital pharmacy expertise, pharmacotherapy monitoring, and drug information skills within WRHA’s Seven Oaks General Hospital services.
