As an Auto Claims Advisor with TD Insurance, you will guide customers through claims with professionalism and transparent updates. You will manage claims end-to-end, assess information, explain coverage, and coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals. The onsite location is 4656 Yonge Street, North York.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer-first service through empathy and active listening
Manage high-volume claims with accuracy and timely resolution
Coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rental providers
Review repair estimates and maintain claims documentation
Validate information and apply policy knowledge to claim decisions
Requirements: Two or more years of auto claims adjusting preferred
Ability to manage workflows exceeding 100 claims
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes
Post-secondary education or CIP progress is an asset
