Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support accurate financial operations and reporting. The role manages day-to-day accounting activities, maintains reliable records, and helps ensure transactions are processed in accordance with established procedures and applicable requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with accounting software and confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records through accurate bookkeeping and data entry.

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and customer receipts.

- Perform account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies; prepare account analysis as needed.

- Support payroll processing by reviewing time and payroll data and coordinating with relevant teams.

- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and period-end close activities.

- Use accounting software and related systems to record transactions, maintain documentation,



and produce reports.

- Help ensure financial records are complete, organized, and handled confidentially.

- Collaborate with colleagues and respond to routine accounting and financial-services inquiries.

Skills

- Experience or familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation, account analysis, budgeting, and data entry.

- Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort with math and financial records.

- Ability to learn and work with accounting software and enterprise systems.

- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms is helpful: QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, ADP, Ceridian, Workday, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.

- Clear communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information.

Pay: $43,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
