Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabrication, welding, finishing, and assembly activities
Assign work and balance labour against production schedules
Monitor progress and address bottlenecks or material shortages
Train employees and reinforce accountability and standards




Coordinate production issues with engineering, purchasing, and shipping
Requirements: Experience supervising manufacturing teams
Knowledge of sheet metal, welding, and assembly processes
Ability to read drawings, bills of materials, and instructions
Experience with inspections, measuring tools, and production defects
Robust planning and communication skills
