As an eCommerce Last Mile Specialist, you will support cost-effective fulfillment operations and service level agreement commitments. You will monitor 3PL performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and develop logistics metrics. The role combines reporting, analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support Pet Valu's supply chain transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor 3PL performance against key performance indicators and SLAs
Troubleshoot mis-ships, short ships, damages, and delivery quality issues
Communicate weekly reporting with appropriate internal stakeholders
Analyze network costs, budget variances,



and freight expenses
Maintain standard operating procedures and process maps
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum two years in supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce fulfillment
Experience with data analysis, KPI tools, and reporting preferred
Experience with WMS and managing 3PL service providers preferred
Experience with network modelling preferred
