At Bayshore Healthcare, the Occupational Therapist completes qualified activities under rehabilitation or clinical management. The work includes assessment, treatment, education, client management, and ongoing treatment evaluation. You will develop goals and discharge plans while communicating recommendations to clients and care providers.
Key Responsibilities: Assess clients requiring Occupational Therapy intervention
Establish and revise treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans
Maintain accurate clinical records according to College standards
Collaborate with other health team members as needed
Provide education regarding treatment strategies when required
Requirements: Master’s Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Registered and in good standing with provincial College
Experience conducting in-home assessments and treatments
Maintain active standing in College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Participation in ongoing education activities
Support clients through in-home assessment, treatment planning, education, and professional Occupational Therapy services in Timmins.
